Shipping Policy

  1. It will take 2-3 days to process your order. The orders will be dispatched once payment is received as clear funds.
  2. Orders are dispatched via Australian Post and should be received within 5 Business Days from being dispatched as per Australia Post delivery schedule and can vary based on your location.

  3. Your signature will be required on the receipt.
  4. Only products which are in stock will be available for purchase.
  5. Ahimsa Jewelry Australia is not responsible for failure of deliveries or late deliveries due to reasons beyond control such as adverse weather.

Return Policy

  1. Ahimsa Jewelry Australia will exchange any product delivered to you that arrives in a damaged condition. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we will reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including postal charges.
  2. You can exchange or refund any undamaged product purchased from us as long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. Return of undamaged goods for exchange/refund is entirely at your cost and risk and we do not refund any postal charges associated with the shipment.
  3. Due to health regulations we are unable to refund or exchange on pierced earring purchases.
