Tree of Life.
The Tree of Life grows from the Earth to reach the sky, nourished by the fertile ground. Our life is like a Tree of Life. Our action is defined by our nourishment, our foundation. A strong foundation will give us a fruitful life. And the greatest foundation we can have in life is love. To love, is to never hurt the people in your life.
Om.
The world begins with a sound, and the sound is OM. The sound is the source of our behavioral reality, the reality that defines our life and creates our identity. A sound is the source of life that continuously delivers the message of joy, peacefulness and contentment. Without a sound, there will be no reality. Without a sound, we too, will cease to exist. To chant an Om, is a meditative process that will remind us to the greater power, the universe, the source of life.
Owl.
Known in the Tibetan tradition as a protector from evil spirit, the Owl is also the bird of Athena, the Goddess of Wisdom. Owl carries with it the transformative energy of the night, of the journey from darkness to light through wisdom, knowledge, clarity of the mind and awareness. To remove ignorance and to gain a whole new understanding of our self.
Ganesha.
The mighty Ganesha is known for its strength and power in removing obstacles, allowing us to reach our greatest potential in life, in our search for knowledge and in our quest for dreams and love. A Ganesha is also a symbol of knowledge, of the greatest teacher in our life. One who will take us to our soulmates and assist us to grow through life changing lessons, practices and experiences.
Sun Salute.
In the practice of Yoga, the Sun Salutation is a spiritual practice of perseverance and gratitude. Traditionally done at the break of dawn, a Sun Salutation is an offering to the sun, the source of life, which delivers the message of humility, surrender and love. Through the practice of Sun Salutation, we learn how to connect to the Sun, to the Universe, and ultimately, to our self through the breath. To always be reminded to return to the breathing, and find peacefulness and calmness in our Inhale and Exhale.
